- While Swee Heng makes every effort to ensure that the information published on the website is accurate, it does not guarantee that the website is free from mistakes.
- Swee Heng does not accept responsibility or liability for any mistakes or omissions of information published on this website.
- Swee Heng reserves the right to change all information published on this website at any time without prior notice.
Product Price & Design
- All prices are inclusive of the prevailing GST.
- All product images displayed are for illustration purposes only.
- Actual product presentation and colour shades may vary.
- All product designs and general appearances are subject to slight variations and the availability of decorative accessories.
Order Policy
- All orders must be placed at least 3 business days in advance.
- An order confirmation email will be sent to you once the online payment is completed.
- Any amendment on confirmed order, address, or receipt information needs to be advised to Swee Heng at least 3 business days before your requested delivery/collection date.
- Requests on changing order content, delivery address or receipt information will not be accepted once we ship out your order.
- All confirmed orders are not eligible for cancellations/returns/exchange.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
Shipping Policy
- All products are available for both delivery and self-pick up.
- A delivery fee of $15.00 will be charged for each order in a single invoice per day per location.
- Free Shipping is applicable on order $300.00 and above.
- Free Shipping applies to each individual website’s single invoice total amount only. Combining total amount across multiple websites for Free Shipping purpose is not permitted.
- Delivery slots are based on our outlet’s operating hours, the customer must acknowledge the order during the agreeable slot.
- Order will be delivered to the nearest outlet for self-pick-up if no recipient acknowledges the order at the destination during the agreeable slot.
- No delivery service to Sentosa, Marina Bay Sands, CBD area (subject to address), Tuas fishery port, chalet, places without loading & unloading bay, carpark with less than 3.2m height, other restricted airline and cargo areas, regardless of the value of the order.
- No delivery service is available 3 days before the festive period such as Chinese New Year and Christmas.
- All orders can only be delivered to a single destination and have to be made 3 days in advance during the non-festive period.
- Customers may choose to pick up their order(s) from his/her nearest Swee Heng 1989 Classic outlet.
- Customers are eligible to choose any pickup time that is within the outlet’s opening hours.
- Orders not picked up from the designated outlet on the selected date by the customer will be stored for 1 day only.
- Order will be voided if the customer cannot be contacted 1 day after the selected collection date.
- Swee Heng reserves the right to modify the delivery time slot at any time without prior notice.
- Swee Heng shall not be liable or responsible for any late delivery, wrong address or wrong recipient information given, or failure to deliver the order(s) due to any unforeseen circumstances beyond control.
Discount Policy
- A special discount of 5% will be given to orders amounting between $150.00 and $299.99 in a single invoice.
- A special discount of 10% will be entitled to an order amount of $300.00 and above in a single invoice.
- Discount applies to each individual website’s single invoice total amount only. Combining total amount across multiple websites for Discount purpose is not permitted.
